Players work in pairs, with 1 ball per pair.
The second pair start after 8 seconds after the first pair have started.
When finished players jog to back of the line.
Player 1 makes a square pass to their partner (player 2).
They then runs to the next cone in line and receives a diagonal pass back. The player making the diagonal pass, immediately runs to receive the return square pass.
This type of pass is to generate space and causes defenders to adjust their position.
The sequence is repeated for as many repetitions that you have room for. At the end of the sequence the players switch positions.
