DESCRIPTION

  • Using a medicine ball, have the bowlers stand in a circle facing out.
  • Full squat, pull ball between legs and throw the ball as high as possible using all power from legs.

COACHING POINTS

  • Ensure bowlers are using all of their body to get maximum power and activate arms, shoulder and legs. Particularly activates the legs.
