Cricket Drill Demonstration

Description

  1. Player 1 throws the ball to player 2 to run in and catch before throwing the ball back to player 1. Player 2 then joins the back of the other queue.
  2. Player 1 throws another flat catch to the next person in line on the other side.

Player 1 throws 10 balls before everyone swaps position in a clockwise direction with all players taking it in turn to throw the ball.

  • Cup your hands and watch the ball all the way into the hands
