DESCRIPTION

Set out your hurdles set out in a zig zag formation.

Players go one after another and have hop over the hurdles.

COACHING POINTS

Once completed players must sprint back to the start and then repeat, this time hopping on their other leg.

With older players, a player who knocks over a gate could be made to perform a punishment, such as 10 press-ups.
