Agility Drill Demonstration


Use the size of hurdle appropriate for the age and ability of your athlete.

Athlete jumps off one leg over the hurdle landing on the same leg.
The jumping leg should be straight if possible.

Coaching points

Keep the non-jumping leg with quad at 90 degrees to the floor. Use the arms to gain extra lift. Arms should swing, torso should remain stable using core strength.
