Description
Players line up chest on the ground and backs to the markers.
The coach calls a marker (red,blue,yellow) and both the team have to sprint on that to play a breakdown (ruck or maul)
Coaching points
This is a good start for games and can be modified delaying one of the two teams or split them in forwards and backs
