Description
uncontested - no resistance from pad. -- progress into contested with resistance from the pad
One man goes in hits the pad and goes to ground and presents the ball
2 men clear out
4th man comes in and collects the ball
Coaching points
Hit the pad low protecting the ball
2 men bind and step over. head either side of pad on the shoulder of the first man.
