Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball. Defending team try to prevent this and try to TOUCH an attacker in possession of the ball or intercept. Once an attacker is touched, he/she has to put the ball down and other team take control of possession.

Playing inside half a court with a large mat in the center players try to press the ball onto the mat in order to score a point for their team. After scoring the ball must be played to a player on the opposite team on the side line and then start the attack again ( quick throw off imitation).

So at 1-0 the team who are ahead have to keep possession until the end of the game. Only if the opposition scores may they try to score again. Play this way with 5-10 minute games with regular break.

When every player has done so, the the ball is passed to the other area and the game goes on. Defenders will become attackers aftera scuccesful steal or after a certain time.

4 teams on two sides, you can score a point after 5-8-10-15 successful passes There are less attackers than defenders. or There are less defenders than attackers.

Play a normal full pitch game with the following condition: One attacker on both teams must stay in the offensive half of the pitch at all times. This will result in a one man overload when teams are attacking and will promote fast breaks.

Playing across a half-court each team has to try and score on the opposition's mat. Instead of scoring in a goal players must place the ball on the opposition's mat - if the ball rolls off then the point is void! Players are free to move anywhere within the half-court area and normal rules apply apart for scoring a goal.

Playing inside a restricted area (inside the 6 or 9 metre line) two small teams try and keep possession of the ball for as long as possible. The defending side should have more players than the attacking side.
