DESCRIPTION

1-Mark four equal starting points in front of each coordinate ladder point

2-At the starting signal, players start running and working, following the cones placed

3-The players change places accordingly

COACHING POINTS

1-This exercise is very useful for developing the coordination ability of the players

2-We can combine this work with the intermittent exercise

3-Players make three reps every three-minute repetition interrupted by three passive minutes of rest

 

4-The work intensity is between 90 to 95% of the maximum oxygen consumption (Vo2max)
