Players cannot dribble the ball
Can only take 3 steps with the ball and then it has to be passed
The ball can be passed in any direction
To score the ball must be shot down into the hoop
1 Point for a normal shot - 3 Points for a Jump Shot
The ball is turned over if it goes out of play by their own team or if the other team scores
Progression: 5 passes before shooting or cannot pass to same player
Regression: Stick to a regular shot
