can start with the two teams separated and just practising passing and catching with the aim of 5/10 passes without dropping the ball (first time staying still, then introduce moving around without the ball)
2. game
teams trying to keep possession of the ball with the aim to travel the ball to the other side and place it behing the opposition's back line.

-can hold the ball for 3 seconds
modification:
-can only score after 5 passes
-not allowed to pass back to the person they received the pass from
-if passing is difficult, can roll the ball on the ground
