Everytime they drop the ball it will be noted and that's how many press ups they will have to do after X amount of time.
The goalkeepers aim is to stop the goals from going in.
Make sure passes are short and accurate.
Ball above the head with opposite leg infront (Right handed shooters - left leg infront. Left handed shooters - right leg infront)
People waiting to receive the pass make a W shape with their fingers and facing the passer.
