This is the best handball site I have visited.

DESCRIPTION

2 teams ~20m between them:

In each team they decide for a number from 1 to the number of personne in the team.

Both teams form a line at the same distance of the ball.

  1. When the trainer say a number, the both team should run to get the ball.
  2. The player that get the ball, should go back to is camp dribling. The other player should try to steal the ball. (if the ball stolen then that stop here the game)
  3. 2 pts if the player succeed to go in is camp, 1 point if the ball is stolen 

 

COACHING POINTS

  • The trainer is allowed to call several number in the same time. then they are allowed to make passes.
  • If this is too easy, some small change can be done as running one leg, dribbling with the wrong hand ,....
