DESCRIPTION

  1.  Right wings has the ball, the Kreis is slightly in its side.
  2. The wings start to run and give the ball to the backs, then continue to run until it goes for a block in the same interval than the kreis on the other player
  3. The back during the time fix and give the ball to the cnetral back which go shoot in the free interval make by the double block

COACHING POINTS

  • The wing should be a bit in advance compare to the ball
  • The back really needs to fix the defense
