The trainer calls out a number and the player who is not in posession of the ball sprints to the gate and the other one gives a good pass to the sprinter who these throws at the goal.
Make the 'gate' at left or right back positions.
Make two gates, where it is imprtant that players look at the other gate as well, so that there will be no two shots at the same time.
