For help with pace

To start with you will need to have a lengthy run up that you are comfortable with and a smooth run through, it will help if your strides are consistant and if anything get longer, because if you start doing some very small strides then you will lose all of your momentum. Also, will want to try and release ball meanwhile you are flicking your wrist from as far back as possible to forward as this will increase the amount of speed that you are able to get from the ball.

To swing the ball I would look at other questions that have been answered on swinging the ball and it will help you, you will just need to remember to do the reverse if you want to bowl the ball as most tips are for right armed bowlers.
