R3 snel op de juiste plaats. Desnoods er naar toe lopen (spel ligt toch stil)

R4 en R1 moeten achter de middellijn blijven (2 mtr), ze zorgen dat ze op volle snelheid zijn bij het fluitsignaal.

B1 throws at the goal.
Pass goal keeper to B3.
R2 and R3 run forward to close the gap.
B2 tries to intercept.

One on two - Defensive overload:

The feeder in the center of the court plays the ball left and then right into the paths of the running attackers.

The first wide defender goes to meet the ball straight away with the second, central, defender coming to cover and support the other defender after the attacker has crossed the 9m line.

The drill ends when the ball is taken by the defender or after the attacker's shot on goal.

3:2:1 defence

fast throw-off:

B1 and B2 throw at the goal.
Goal keeper gets the ball and passes to R3.
R4 closes by.
R3 runs towards the right position for throwing off.
R3 and R4 should stay a bit behind to cross the throw off line at full speed after the whistle of the trainer.

Pass goal keeper : as fast as possible out of one step.

warming-up : Pass-Receive x3:

Players take it in turns to run with the ball and play three consecutive one-twos (passing and receiving the return pass).

This should be performed without dribbling, with players using their 3 steps to receive the ball and in turn pass to the next player.

When they reach the other side of the court (after the third pass) players dribble around the cones and back to the start line.
