This is a fantastic play to help you get the better of opposition defences. To begin: Blue2 brings ball to Blue1 who runs forward to the center, passes to Blue3 and screens White5. Blue2 turns around and follows Blue1 to the center, too. Pass Blue3-Blue4-Blue2 who throws at the goal.

Pass B1-B2-B4-B1 who comes from the wing into the center. Meanwhile B2 screens W4, B3 screens W6 and B3 screens W3.

Pass B1-B2-B4-B2 who throws at the goal. Meanwhile B1 screens W4, B3 screens W2, B6 screens W3.

2:4 position play. Pass B1-B2-B4-B1 who runs forward in between the screens of B3 and B6.
