Blue player 4 throws the ball wide to blue player 3 and receives the return pass. At this point blue player 1 should position themselves on the inside of red player 1 using the back screen. Blue player 4 advances with the ball towards red player 1 and then runs to the right, making use of blue player 1's screen. Blue player 4 should then set a back screen in front of red player 2 before passing to blue player, 1 who is now open and unmarked, for them to shoot on goal.

White player 1 passes the ball to green player 1 stood just inside the 6 metre line. Green player 1 should drive onto the ball and pivot in front of blue player 1, to prevent them from intercepting green player 1's pass into the path of white player 1. White player 1 then dribbles the ball across to white player 2 and the drill starts again on the other side.

White player 1 plays a one-two pass with green player 1 and moves forward with the ball. At this point green player 2 should advance and position themselves in a front of blue player 1 in a front screen position. Making use of the screen white player 1 makes a small dummy run towards their own goal and then quickly changes direction to run past the defender (making use of the screen). White player 1 then carries the ball to the other side of the court and the drill is then mirrored on the other side.

B pass around. R1 and R2 try to cross the area diagonally. They are blocked by W1 who blocks their ways.

Pass B5-B1 who throws at the goal. B2 screens R1.

Pass B1-B4-B1 who throws at the goal. B2 screens.

Pass B1-B4-B1, B2 screens R1. B1 passes on the screen and passes to B2, who throws at the goal.

Pass B2-B1 who runs forward in between R1 and R2. Meanwhile B2 feints (dummy) as if he wants to go to the center, but runs to the wing. B1 screens R1, pass B1-B2 who throws at the goal.

The white player starts the drill by pointing to the player they want to tag. After having pointed the white player then proceeds to try and catch that player. Meanwhile the other players have to try and prevent the white player from tagging their man by blocking their way towards the person they want to tag.
