White player 1 passes the ball to green player 1 stood just inside the 6 metre line.
Green player 1 should drive onto the ball and pivot in front of blue player 1, to prevent them from intercepting green player 1's pass into the path of white player 1.
White player 1 then dribbles the ball across to white player 2 and the drill starts again on the other side.
The two main types of screen -
1. front screen : you make contact with the front part of your body (you cannot be passed to).
2. Back screen: You block the defender with your back so that team mates can pass to you and so that you can quickly lose the defender.
Wait for the right moment to place the screen.
Use the defender and push yourself off them to accelerate away quicker and to put them off balance.
Stand still when there is body contact with the attacker.
