Blue players must work together to try and prevent white players from breaking out of the circle.
To do so they must move quickly to pair up and form a human barrier in front of the white players as they try and burst out.
Variations:
Blue players may only use their bodies, no arms.
After breaking out run as quickly as you can across a certain line, before the blue players are able to tag you.
Defending in a personal duel - key points:
- Arms slightly bent and slightly in front of you
- Prevent attackers from coming between your arms and move sidewards along with your attacker and stay between goal and attacker
- Pressure the attacker's movements
- Never jump, keep close contact with the floor and lots of small, quick steps to shadow the attacker!
