Players move along the throw off line when passing. One player moves forward and the other moves backward. When the trainer whistles, the player in possession of the ball dribbles to the goal. The other player becomes the defender and tries to prevent a goalshot.
Attackers should move very quickly and try to protect their dribbling ball.
