DESCRIPTION

Players stand on one leg and jump sidewards three jumps to the right and three back to the left again.

COACHING POINTS

Jumps should be done not too fast : jump stand and bend knee slightly and jump again.

Series of 3x6 jumps.
Have your players jump 3 to 5 series after a good warming-up or at the end of your training session.
