Roll the ball along the ground to a team mate. You can run with the ball, but the ball must be rolled along the ground.
Aim to hit the stumps (approach from any side of the square)in the opposition square, using an underarm flick. The square is made up of cones, distance 5-8 metres from the stumps.
No fielders at any time are allowed inside the square. The ball is never out of bounds, as there are no boundaries.

Player 2 throws the ball straight-up, player 1 runs in and catches before returning the ball back to player 2. Player 1 continues to run around the cone, and receives another high feed from player 2.

On catching th ball player 1 takes up 2s original position before the next person in the queue starts.

• Drill can work with a mininum of 3 players and 1 feeder.
• Can add more pairs sharing catches if you have more numbers.
• Coach/feeder will use the ramp to send 4 consecutive catches to a player opposite.
• Inbetween that, players will pair up and swap catches whilst the coach is sending the 4 catches.
• Players rotate once the 4 catches have been taken.
