Wrap the ball around both legs, once the ball has made a complete rotation step one leg forward and take the ball around that leg. After the ball has made a complete rotation, that leg steps back, then the ball goes around both legs again. This process is continued using both legs.

Stand close towards the wall with the ball on your dominant hand and bounce it against the wall using only the tips of your fingers.

Have the cones set up in a straight line, Dribble at the cone and stop right in front of it and dribble all the way around the cone with controlled fingertip dribbles. Once a full rotation has been completed then you move on to the next cone.

Legs bent, hold the ball between the legs, one hand around the back of one leg, the other in front of the other, like in the image. Release the ball, imparting slight upward momentum. Rotate the torso to catch the ball with the alternate arms behind the leg and in front.

Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hold the ball in front with both hands at the level of your chest. Drop theball, clap your hands behind your back and catch the ball before it bounces.

Fast break rebound relay

Player 1 starts with the ball and throws it against the basket, deliberately missing, before catching the rebound and dribbling the ball up the court. When player 1 sets off up the court player 2 should run to the outside of the court alongside them. As the players reach the key player should cut in to receive the ball and then perform a lay up. Player 2 then catches the ball again and dribbles up the court with a new player to restart the drill in the other direction.
