Agility Drill Demonstration

Description

Players run towards each other, and then sidestep around each other at the last moment.

The pattern of running directions goes right, left, right, left...

This is important that both players pay attention to avoid any collisions.

Coaching points

Every time players complete 4 runs they should complete two static or dynamic stretches.

Gradually build up the intensity.

Players should jog through the practice first getting used to pushing off with the opposite leg to the way the want to move.
