Coaching points

  • Kneel on the floor with your forearms resting on the ball
  • Slowly roll the ball away from you keeping your abdominals tight
  • keep your hips up at all times
  • Roll the ball out until your hips and spine are in a line
  • contract your abdominals and use your forearms to return to the start point
