DESCRIPTION

An abdominal and core stability exercise

COACHING POINTS

  • Only progress to this exercise once you have mastered the kneeling ab burner
  • Rest your forearms on the ball
  • Keep your hips in line with your spine
  • Do this by contracting your abs and lower back muscles
  • In a controlled fashion slowly roll your forearms away form your body until you feel your abdominals stretch
  • Use your forearms and abdominals to pull yourself back in
