Players work in pairs, with a ball between two, both facing the same direction.
The player at the back must throw a looping ball over their partner's head, aiming to throw the distance no further than 10 metres.
Upon seeing the ball pass over them the fielding player must run out and try to catch the ball as quickly as possible. Once they have the ball in hand they should throw it back to their partner.
Repeat 5 times then swap over.
The throwing player should aim to give their partner a chance at catching the ball in the air - so they shouldn't throw the ball too far but instead give it some height.
The catching player should be quick to react and position themself under the high ball or gather the bouncing ball after it has hit the floor.
