This session works all players; whilst your attackers are working on their offence (with numerous pass, feint and shoot drills) your defenders have equal opportunity to read the game better as these drills enhance their abilities to stop offensive plays and also increase their match fitness.
A key aspect of this session is technique and decision making that involves the whole team, at the end of this session expect an increase in your players? ability to pass and shoot with sharper technique, also develop better decision making and a stronger understanding of offensive plays.
