3 hops on one leg, turning arms and lift one
leg sidewards

Swing up stretched leg sidewards, step etc other leg
A throws, B stops
3 series, 25 balls
catch ball in left hand bottom corner with 2
hands then stop throw in right hand top corner
A throws, B stops
3 series, 25 balls
catch ball in left hand bottom corner with 2 hands, roll it back to B then stop throw in right hand top corner
A throws, B stops
3 series, 10 balls
kick left post as high as possible with left leg
then stop ball right hand bottom corner same other side
Try to push one another across a line.

Push up position, try to unbalance eachother when holding one hand
