DESCRIPTION

A passes to B and runs to centre and turns around. B passes to A as soon as he has turned around.

A passes to C who dribbles and passes to B who sprints along, B then throws at the goal.

A goes to position C. C gets the ball and goes to position A at the other side.

COACHING POINTS

A runs and turns around. B passes at the right moment.

C sprints as soon as A has got the ball from B. Full sprint from C and shot at the goal.

3 players sprint towards the goal.

Two outer players are attackers, the middle one is a defender.

The goalkeeper/trainer passes the ball to one of the attackers (the one who runs free) and this player either tries to score a goal or passes to the other attacker.

Rolling Ball 7

A1 and A2 pass the ball. At a signal of the trainer they pass the ball to the goalkeeper who rolls the ball into the field to B1 or B2 who sprint for the break, pick up the ball and pass if necessary and try to score a goal.

Fast Break - Combination Pass

In this move the winger start with the ball and passes the keeper who returns the pass to the center back. At this point the wing back and the winger both make a forward run. The wing back receives the pass from the center back and then passes the ball to the winger who has made a looping run behind them. The winger completes the move with a shot on goal (no dribble before the shot allowed).
