White 1 and White 2 pass the ball back and forth together.
When the time is right the next player in line (in this case blue 1) runs out and intercepts the ball.
They then dribble up court and throw at the goal.
Look for confident running at speed, with attackers thinking about their shot and not simply throwing the ball at goal as hard as they can.
Progression:
Add a defender in the defending half and get two attackers to break at the same time in a 2 v 1.
