Handball Drill Demonstration
Players run backwards and once they have passed the trainer, he waves a coloured shirt or just their left or right arm and players change into this direction, running backwards with a cross-over technique.
Running backwards should be done with cross-over legs. Always face up to watch for 'opponents'.
3 sets of 4 repetitions.
Part of warming up and/or coordination training.
