Hockey: Mid Control and Turnover

Description

2 teams

Players dribble around the cones in the corner to control the corner and turn the corner to their color.

If a player passes to the keeper in the centre and recieves a pass back then the oposition team has to do a push up. This simulates a turnover and gives the team some extra time to attack.

Coaching points

Pass asap once the oposition goes to do a push up, faster way to get to the cones in the corner.
