Description
Start with 3 v 1 and a keeper
2 attackers stay in deep zone and have to find a pass to the attacker in forward zone , who must take 1 touch and shoot.The defender in middle zone gets a point for intercepting pass , or if the shot is missed or saved.Defender must stay win own zone.
- Attacking players rotate rolls
- progression defender can come out of central zone.
- 1 attacker allowed in any zone.
- introduce 2 defenders
