1. Groups of three; Players 1 & 3 stand opposite each other at either end of playing area
2. Player 2 stands between the two, holding a hoop at torso height
3.Player 1 bowls ball - underarm - with the aim of getting the ball through the hoop
4. Swap roles to ensure each player takes a turn at each position
