The warm up will consist of a game of 'Bulldog'.
One person will be randomly selected to start in the middle of the area (Red Player). The rest will start off on one side of the area (The safe zone). Once the red player calls out bulldog the players will try get past and make it to the opposite safe zone.
Once the red player tags the participants then they will be also in the middle at the start of the following game.
The winner is the last person standing.
A warm up is needed to get the participant s blood pumping and their brain working. It will also prevent injury to muscles.
