Each base (square) starts with 5 balls. Players have to try and take the opposions balls and throw them back to there players in their base. Throws can be intercepted so make bases an appropriate size to allow for some aimming error. Team with the most balls at the end win.
Players must practice having safe hands and catching long and fast balls. Good feilding practice.
