Demonstrate the correct technique for Baton passing. get them into pairs and spead them out 10m apart in the tram lines, get them to jog towards their partner and practice passing the baton. Then gradually spread them further apart and tell them to start joggin before thier partner gets to them so the hand over is more smooth and work up to them sprinting.
