DESCRIPTION

Groups of minimum 5

Game Rules:

Batting and Scoring:

  • The batter stands at home base (similar to Rounders) and hits the ball thrown by the bowler.
  • After hitting the ball, the batter must run:
  • To the bowler's square to score 1 point.
  • To the bowler's square and back to home base to score 2 points.

Fielding and Getting Out:

  • The fielding team tries to get the batter out by:
  • Catching the ball after it's hit.
  • Returning the ball to the bowler before the batter reaches a scoring square.
  • This will equal -2 points

Bowling:

  • The bowler performs 6 "good balls" per batter.
  • A "good ball" is delivered underarm from knee to shoulder height on the batting side.
  • The bowler aims to challenge the batter while keeping the game fair and competitive.

Rotation and Scoring:

  • After each bowler finishes their 6 balls players rotate positions.
  • Each batter keeps track of their own score using a whiteboard and board pen and adds to their tally the next time they bat.
