Atletas divididos em grupos de quatro elementos, alinhados e com uma bola no 1º elemento, executam:
- Afasta e junta na escada de agilidade, seguido de drible em progressão até ao cone e voltar, entregando a bola ao colega seguinte. Logo após, coloca-se no final da fila;
- Jogo termina quando voltar a estar em 1º lugar na fila, o 1º elemento que fez a tarefa.
