starting with the warm up im going to be getting them to do some streching to start them moving and make sure that they have a lower chance of getting injered. After that I will splite them into 3 groups of 4. and they will do the exersice on the right.
in theexersice they need to meet the ball as it is being passed to them. this will involve comunitcation between them to see if the person they are passing to is ready. it will also help with catching the ball when you are moving towards it.
I Will explain that it will help them with hand eye cordination in the warm up.
