Focus on 4 types of pass
- Wrist pass – Step laterally, flick wrist.
- Overhead pass – Elbow 90o, transfer weight, follow through.
- Bounce pass – One handed, ball to bounce ¾ of way.
- Jump pass - ball to shoulder height third step is explosive and large
Students can be in groups of 3 or 4
Create small challenges - 5 passes in a row, hot potato, if students find it too easy adapt groups to if they drop it drop to one knee.
