Players cannot dribble the ball
Can only take 3 steps with the ball and then it has to be passed
The ball can be passed in any direction
To score the ball must be thrown to a member of your team and they must header the ball into the goal.
One of the defensive players can stand in goal but mustn't use their hands to stop the ball going in the goal, if the ball isn't going in the goal they can then catch the ball and play on.
Whilst in play, players may also be asked to perform stretches throughout e.g. dynamic lunges, squat jumps, arm rotations etc.
