Split the group into groups between 4-6 participants. Get your group in a line behind each other. Leader then stands in middle of court and when they shout go the participant run to Cone A, receive the ball off the Leader. This means have to think about running and then stopping to catch the ball.
Progress this so there is 3 cones, A,B,C. The coach can shout any one of these cones and the participant has to quickly run to this cone and then catch the ball.
