DESCRIPTION

  • Le cocach + deux joueurs dans le rond central.
  • Le coach tient deux ballon.
  • Au coup de sifflet le coach lance un des deux ballons de l'un des deux côtés.
  • Le premier joueur qui récupère le ballon va tirer du côté où il a récupéré le ballon.
  • L'autre joueur doit aller prendre le ballon et aller tirer dans la cage opposée. 

COACHING POINTS

  • Veiller à ce que les deux joueurs aillent tirer aux 9 mètres
  • Bras armé haut
  • Le joueur qui n'a pas récupéré la balle doit franchir une ligne (volley, basket...) pour pouvoir venir récupérer son ballon
