Le coach est dans le rond central. Il tient un ballon dans sa main. Deux joueurs se tiennent prêts pour recevoir la balle. Quand le coach donne le signal (coup de sifflet, rebond du ballon sur le sol…), les joueurs doivent partir et doivent être le premier à attraper le ballon. Celui qui a le ballon doit aller tirer, celui qui ne l’a pas, est défenseur et doit empêcher l’ATT d’aller marquer.
