Middle Drill
Cones are set out across the middle of the court. Between each cone is a defender. To start off with attackers must try and get through the sets of cones to the other side without being tagged two handed by the defenders. To progress the drill give the attackers a ball and they must try and dribble the ball through the cones. If the attacker stops dribbling and catches the ball, they are out.
