DESCRIPTION

Scholars will demonstrate proper form and technique with light weights:

Single Arm Row (Reps of 10)

Tips: Keep the core tight. Pull the band back until elbow is flexed and behind back

Return to starting position in a slow and controlled manner

Band Row (Reps of 10)

Tips: Keep the core tight. Pull the band back until elbow is flexed and behind back

Return to starting position in a slow and controlled manner. Keep torso rigid as you pull

Shoulder Press (Reps of 10)

Tips: Focus on keeping the back straight and squeezing the traps

Raise arms above head in a slow, controlled manner

Lateral/Frontal Arm Raise (Reps of 10)

Tips: Arms should be raised parallel to the floor

Keep the back straight and brace the core
